These terms govern your use of Bob, the AI-employee platform operated by LEVEL7. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Bob lets you create and run AI employees ("agents") that act on your behalf — replying to messages, drafting content, running scheduled tasks and connecting to third-party tools you authorise.
Agents act under your direction. You are responsible for the instructions you give them and for reviewing actions that affect customers, money or third parties.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and authorised to bind any business you represent.
Bob is pay-as-you-go. Usage (model tokens, runtime and tool calls) is metered as credits. Additional AI employees are billed at a fixed monthly fee per employee on top of usage. Prices are shown in-app before you commit.
Credits and subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel additional employees at any time; cancellation stops future monthly charges.
Don't use Bob to break the law, send spam, harass people, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform. We may suspend agents or accounts that put the service or other users at risk.
When you connect tools like WhatsApp, email or calendars, you authorise Bob to act within the scopes you grant. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms. You can disconnect any tool at any time.
We work to keep Bob available but provide it "as is" without warranties. We may update features, these terms, or pricing; material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.
To the extent permitted by law, LEVEL7 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the prior three months.
