This policy explains what Bob, operated by LEVEL7, collects, why, and the choices you have. We collect the minimum needed to run your AI employees.
Account details (name, email). Content you and your agents create — chat messages, brain/knowledge files, schedules. Usage and billing metadata (credits, runtime). Data from tools you connect, only within the scopes you grant.
To run and improve your AI employees, meter usage for billing, secure the platform, and provide support. We do not sell your data.
Your agent content is used to operate your agents. We do not use your private business content to train third-party foundation models beyond what's needed to generate responses for you.
To generate replies, content is sent to the language-model provider powering your agent (e.g. MiniMax). These providers process it to return a response under their own terms and data commitments. You can see which model an agent uses in-app.
When you connect WhatsApp, email, calendars or other tools, we access only the data needed for the actions you authorise, and only while the connection is active. Disconnecting revokes that access.
Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit. Each workspace's agents run in isolation. We apply access controls and retain data only as long as needed to provide the service.
You can access, export or delete your data, and close your account at any time. Deleting an agent removes its brain files and message history. For requests, contact privacy@level7.co.il.
